Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 2026

1. Service Usage

BoundrixAI provides an AI Gateway and governance platform. By using our services, you agree to not use the platform for any illegal activities or to intentionally bypass safety guardrails for malicious purposes. You are responsible for the API keys and access tokens issued to your organization.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For Enterprise customers, we offer a 99.9% uptime SLA. Service credits are available for downtime exceeding this threshold, as detailed in your Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your prompts, contracts, and data passed through the gateway. BoundrixAI retains rights to the underlying gateway software, dashboard, and analytical operational data.

4. Liability Limitation

BoundrixAI is a tool for governance and observability. We are not liable for the content generated by third-party LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) routed through our platform. We provide tools to mitigate risks (hallucinations, toxicity), but total elimination of AI risk cannot be guaranteed.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are found to be abusing the API rate limits or attempting to reverse-engineer the platform security features.
